I’ll personally check and optimise your file for professional 300 DPI printing, with up to 16× resolution enhancement included.
300 DPI (dots per inch), which is the ideal quality for sharp, high-resolution prints. This enhancement process includes fine-tuning sharpness, and overall clarity, ensuring the best possible result for your print.
Material & Printing
Our museum-quality prints are produced on state-of-the-art Epson fine-art printers using premium, acid-free canvas. Eco-solvent inks with UV protection deliver exceptional resistance to water, scratches, mould, and fading, maintaining rich colour vibrancy in any environment.
For artworks where either side is 1.6 m or less, we use an exquisite 380 gsm linen canvas, chosen for its subtle texture and tonal fidelity.
For grander pieces exceeding 1.6 m in both dimensions, we print on professional synthetic canvas, ensuring structural integrity and fine detail at scale.
All prints feature a matte finish by default. If you prefer a gloss finish, please note this at checkout
Rolled Canvas:
Delivered safely in a protective tube, ready for your custom framing.
For rolled canvas, no border is added unless specified at checkout.
When a border is added, the overall size remains the same — the image itself is proportionally reduced to allow space for the border.
Framed Canvas:
Each print is hand-stretched over solid timber bars and finished with your choice of oak floater frames in black, white, or natural.
Frame dimensions: 1 cm wide × 5.5 cm deep, with a 0.5 cm gap between canvas and frame — adding 3 cm to the total size for a refined, modern presentation.
Care
Easy care: simply wipe gently with a soft, dry cloth to remove dust or light marks.
Stretched Canvas Construction
Each canvas is mounted on 4 cm (1.57 in) deep stretcher bars made from Australian pine. The canvas is tightly stretched and wrapped around these solid wooden frames, giving it a strong, gallery-grade structure with noticeable depth — ideal for large or statement pieces.
This thickness adds durability and a clean, modern presentation, allowing the artwork to stand out beautifully without additional framing.
Edge Style
By default, all stretched canvases use a mirrored edge for a clean, continuous look. If you prefer a black or white edge, please mention it in your checkout notes; otherwise, the mirrored edge will be applied automatically.
Each print is custom stretched and framed at our Melbourne facility. Every piece is cut and assembled by hand, to ensure the highest quality finish.

Prints up to 200 × 300 cm are produced as a single panel — for example, 200 × 200 cm or 180 × 300 cm remain one piece.
If either side exceeds 2 metres, or one side exceeds 3 metres, the artwork will be divided into multiple panels for safe handling and delivery. When framing is selected, each panel is framed separately. Panels can be displayed side by side, with or without a gap, and we ensure a seamless visual connection for a cohesive presentation.
Examples:
• 220 × 280 cm → two panels of 210 × 140 cm each
• 180 × 400 cm → two panels of 180 × 200 cm
• 600 × 600 cm → six panels of 200 × 300 cm each

Canvas Care
Your artwork is printed on premium archival canvas using UV-protected eco-solvent inks for exceptional longevity. To maintain its brilliance:

Dust regularly with a soft, dry cloth.

Avoid heavy moisture, sprays, and cleaning products. If needed, lightly wipe with a barely damp cloth, then dry immediately.

For rolled canvases, store in the original protective tube until ready for framing.
Frame Care
Our floater frames are crafted from solid oak and finished in natural, white, or black tones. To preserve their fine finish:

Wipe gently with a soft, dry cloth.

Avoid abrasive materials or cleaners that can scratch timber or dull the finish.

Keep away from prolonged humidity or drastic temperature changes.

If re-framing or moving, always handle by the outer frame edges to protect the stretched canvas tension.
7-Day Return Policy
We stand by the quality of our products. If your order arrives damaged in transit or has a quality issue, you may request a return or replacement within 7 days of delivery. We’ll resolve it promptly to ensure your satisfaction.
